The shape of flavours
Our garden is like a painting where the forms and colours come alive, taking on the fiery roundness of tomatoes, the shape and lustre of pumpkins, the spirit and elegance of spicy chili, and the scented freshness of mint and basil. The woods is a larder of flowers and fruits for the kitchen, with many wild herbs and mushrooms that are hidden to preserve their precious flavours.
